Pros

Vecna Robotics is fast-growing, exciting venture-backed technology startup providing game-changing solutions across the logistics, warehouse, and manufacturing industries. and are on the verge of becoming the most important player in the materials movement space. Vecna Robotics has an entrepreneurial, can-do, start-up culture. I work with the smartest, most talented and energetic team members ― each doing what they do best! A fast-paced and fun environment that values speed, agility, innovation, and learning. We have a high-performance culture that thrives on developing creative solutions to daily challenges. Vecna Robotics offers a very competitive compensation and benefits package. Vecna Robotics understands the value of flex time to accommodate work/life balance and believe in “family first” and make our time with them a priority.

Pros

Nice facility and some decent people.

Cons

Avoid this place if you value stability. Management treats employees as disposable, often laying people off and "rebranding" the roles weeks later to bring in new faces. It’s a transparent and gross tactic. On top of that, there is a clear "favorites" system where toxic employees are allowed to thrive without consequences.
