They genuinely care about us and our happiness. Amazing benefits!! Management maintains a positive work environment – everyone is so supportive, friendly, and approachable. When you start everyone wants to say hi and helps any way they can. The happy is contagious and there are lots of fun things for us around the office and a massage chair. It quickly became like going to work to hang out with friends and gets stuff done together. Lots of room for growth.

Cons

There can be a lot of work. Some days will have longer hours.

Nice facility and some decent people.

Cons

Avoid this place if you value stability. Management treats employees as disposable, often laying people off and "rebranding" the roles weeks later to bring in new faces. It’s a transparent and gross tactic. On top of that, there is a clear "favorites" system where toxic employees are allowed to thrive without consequences.
