Pros

The problems the company is trying to solve are fun and exciting to work on. Great exposure to different sides of engineering and thought processes that go into difficult problem solving.

Cons

Little to no attention to quality, products are put out the door too quickly and management is inexperienced or too busy to actually manage.

Pros

Nice facility and some decent people.

Cons

Avoid this place if you value stability. Management treats employees as disposable, often laying people off and "rebranding" the roles weeks later to bring in new faces. It’s a transparent and gross tactic. On top of that, there is a clear "favorites" system where toxic employees are allowed to thrive without consequences.
