Pros

The work environment is relaxed with flexible hours, including WFH. Team leadership is great with adequate direction without becoming overbearing. A lot of discretion is given to employees regarding how to solve problems, which is a plus if you are a self-starter.

Cons

I have serious concerns regarding the direction of the company overall, and the long-term viability. The executive leadership recently decided to end all R&D projects, including terminating externally funded projects, which are vitally important to stay competitive in the fast-moving robotics space. Along with these recent moves, they laid-off one of the best engineers who had been with the company for many years and who was instrumental in developing all of the existing products. Like other employees I've spoken to, I plan to look for other career opportunities with companies that I believe have better long-term potential.

Nice facility and some decent people.

Cons

Avoid this place if you value stability. Management treats employees as disposable, often laying people off and "rebranding" the roles weeks later to bring in new faces. It’s a transparent and gross tactic. On top of that, there is a clear "favorites" system where toxic employees are allowed to thrive without consequences.
