Pros

The engineers I work with on a daily basis Office activities, truly a great culture. I really do feel appreciated. The healthcare is honestly pretty amazing. I haven’t seen such a comprehensive program in over 20 years of working. My manager is great to work with. They’re open and engaging and honest. A team of extremely hard workers.

Cons

The recent action has left many understandably bitter. It’s difficult to see but I think we will all work through it. It’s hard to lose peers especially when they’re friends as well. Transitioning from a research organization to a product company is hard and some do resent it but I don’t feel it’s the majority.

Pros

Nice facility and some decent people.

Cons

Avoid this place if you value stability. Management treats employees as disposable, often laying people off and "rebranding" the roles weeks later to bring in new faces. It’s a transparent and gross tactic. On top of that, there is a clear "favorites" system where toxic employees are allowed to thrive without consequences.
