Vector Windows has a great company culture that values hard work, team work and support. Vector encourages personal development, leadership growth and opportunities within the company. Has a great profit sharing program and values employees well-being.

Cons

With Covid and being a growing company it is hard to keep up with meeting and learning the names of new employees outside of your department.

There are endless opportunities to grow personally and professionally, and endless opportunities to put your skills to work.

Cons

If you're a professional working at Vector Windows, there are very few, if any, downsides. Some of the direct labor positions can get monotonous, however.

Management is a joke Upper management only cares about profits Mandatory OT on a 2 week lead time, so much so work/life balance with working 4 10s Managers look to play the blame game, target good employees that have an opinion, and bully them until they leave.
