      Pros

      When I started at Vector the company was ran much smoother than when I left. Overall I enjoyed working there and the coworkers are excellent.

      Cons

      Too many changes that happened to quickly. Also I was very disappointed in the lack of loyalty that was shown to the top sales reps of 25+ years
