Extremely understaffed, underpaid with a completely out of touch corporate and leaders. Don't provide techs or office employees any of the tools they need to do their basic day to day job functions. Antiquated systems and processes. Overall greedy company that doesn't care about their employees or customers, just their bottom line. They will work you to death with a completely understaffed office where every member is filling the role of at least 2 people each and then ask why tasks are not getting completed / getting missed and customer service is lacking. They pretend to be a multimillion dollar company but don't act like one at all operationally. It's an embarrassment.
