internal politics, favoritism, and generaly a lack of seeing potential in employees and lack of ability by some to delegate responsibility.

They see you like a trash can. Vice president of cyber security hired me and two months later just because new cyber manager did not like me, they ended my conteact using a generic lie like there is no more client. For the same position they hired another person agter they let me go
