Micromanagement. Very Clicky. Prepare to be thrown under the bus. no sense of ownership from services delivery. Working hard is less important than kissing-up. Silos. silos silos. Every division competes. no resources to finish projects you sold. Issues with service delivery. issues with Middle management. Company values no longer exist. how much money can you make me. clients need to be profitable at the cost of employee sanity. Engineering employees look thru HR files and use them to get raises MaSI KeMo they threaten to leave at the cost of clients.

They see you like a trash can. Vice president of cyber security hired me and two months later just because new cyber manager did not like me, they ended my conteact using a generic lie like there is no more client. For the same position they hired another person agter they let me go
