8 hours work are not to be expected here.If you finish your day target you can leave. It can be 12 or 14 hours they don't count it.if you make any error they will keep meeting ask what is the reason.(Simple reason is too much work load and overtime work hours) If the project is high in volume they will suck your blood, sleep, whatever you have in fresh,and throw some husk to refresh with one day leave for a week,if it is volume is high Sunday is mandatory. If you want free ,it's not possible here.
