Pros

Large presence in the industry and good-hearted, intelligent, and well-meaning people work there. Stable company, not going to be purchased by private equity and endure large layoffs

Cons

part of their motto is "do the right thing" but that's not applied when it comes to salaries or work-life balance. working weekends and well past normal hours seems to be a regular thing that most people are doing. a manager's solution to my issue of having more work than was feasible to complete was just to work longer days. "Veeva Speed" is a sugarcoated phrase everyone uses to indicate being overworked and initial training is like drinking from a fire hose; this company makes enough money to hire the correct amount of people to do the work and pay them fairly.

Pros

There are absolutely no "pros" to working here.

Cons

This list can be endless, starting out with their predatory recruitment and lying as well as firing people on a weekly basis. The Crossix "leadership" team lacks knowledge, business acumen, leadership skills, and morality. This is the most chaotic, unprofessional environment I have ever worked at and working here was the biggest mistake in the world. The way that people speak to each and belittle people is insane. They spend too much time playing politics than actually working and trying to actually solve client problems, they create the problems and ruin relationships rather than helping out. It seems like it is a top down approach to be mean and ruthless to their direct reports while they are in their clique. HR and Compliance is helpless because they are supposed to protect the company not the employees even after reporting things to the 3rd party hotline.
