Pros

“Unlimited” pto (it is not limited as you are not allowed to take extra time during Q4 to artificially inflate working hrs that quarter, and management is incredibly hostile to taking time off, also under staffing in projects makes it impossible to be off) Ability to work from anywhere essentially Nice freebies truly not many pros as the salary compensation is below market rate and billable hrs are used as a method to boast this (yet these are not guaranteed, vary greatly by project, and if in the CDP program do not start until having worked 13months)

Cons

Lack of direction from management Unrealistic expectations, especially when lack of any real training is taken into account Lower level associates will be marked out as the scapegoat for someone else’s mistakes The sense of needing to immediately know something instead of being able to ask others for guidance “Drink the coolaide” mentality where everything must be great within the company Lack of space to really question things or have your own thoughts Sense of backstabbing, where problems are only given to upper management to then all be told as a laundry list of complaints to employees without the ability to improve Your success is not made by your ability to work but instead your ability to please those around you and get them to like you

Pros

People in your class are mostly great

Cons

Technically I am a Senior Associate. Day before promotions, got rid of promotion to Supervisor for everyone. Demoted certain people in the Analytics department. Imagine working for a promotion for 2 years and getting great feedback by your manager and everyone in your class is told never mind. They likely did it due to the high turnover - many people would leave post-promotion for better opportunities. Regardless, cruel and unprofessional Poor management/leadership, large blame culture, poor pay w/ minimal raises, high turnover, minimal diversity. I know some women being paid less than their male counterparts. I know the Analytics Services Associate job posting seems interesting, but everyone I know who’s here is looking to leave because it is so toxic and defeating, even when you’re doing “great”. I would never grow my career here, specifically in Crossix.
