Pros
- The people who work at Veeva are some of the smartest most hardworking teammates you’ll ever have. - Work from anywhere! - Opportunity to work with lots of different customers
Cons
- Work life balance is non-existent. People are regularly working 70, 75 hour weeks with no end in sight. Some are so exhausted they literally break down crying in meetings. People are quitting in droves, 2-3 per week and there’s no one to backfill. This is not a joke. - There is no training. Consultants receive the same training as customers receive. And we are supposed to know more than them? - The pay is well under market. - If you have a question there’s a “group chat” you can post it in and hope someone takes pity on you and answers you. - At my exit interview I raised some serious issues with the Employee Success team and just got a very condescending “sorry it didn’t work out at Veeva” from the rep I met with.
