Pros
- The company is doing really well financially - You get to hear a lot of customer success stories and positive feedbacks. It's very rewarding to know that people actually like products you build - Company is going to move to the new much better HQ building - Good work-life balance
Cons
The real concern is only one, but it's rather big - lack of focus on employee success, even though it's declared as one of the company's core values: - no clear vision on what career development is - there are so many great people working for company for years, but they still keep hiring from outside instead of promoting own employees and giving them chance to develop - the process gets heavier and heavier making work less exciting
