Pros
The product is indeed industry-leading. "Veeva" name still carries certain aura in certain segment of bio/pharma industry, which may or may not help your future career.
Cons
Management's attitude towards Asia seems as follows: it is just there to pad the sales figure. The regional concerns regarding regulations, etc are not taken seriously (which is not the case in other regions), while all the over-promises originating from the Sales department are taken as gospel. This makes your position as the professional services consultant very difficult: you may end up implementing products that you know to be not a good fit for customers' needs. Intra-company channels to raise this kind of issues are systematically neutralized. Also they don't pay too well (on multiple occasions from multiple channels, I was told it is by design. I didn't necessarily believe it, but one of the source was HR.). Also of special note is that the management implemented Office-First COVID policy, only in countries located between the Pacific ocean and the Indian ocean (except for Australia), citing some form of regional value (which was not clearly explained what they were). They eventually reneged on that though, after several months, with no explanation.
