Pros

Still some good team members exist

Cons

- no work life balance - micromanagement - zero autonomy - toxicity - no or absolutely zero diversity - favorism/nepotism - middle managements can't make any decisions and all the time have to escalate and double check with their bosses - middle managements have no management skills and they act very unprofessional most of the time - no empathy from middle or upper managements. All they care is work, work and work - no team work - no trust within the team - no transparency - fear driven environment - heavy processes that are bringing impediments than adding values - be careful when working with some team members as they will steal your credibility and use you as their stepping stones - long hours and no rewards - PTO policy sucks - RSU stock is a trap - only negative feedback is given unless you are the favorite "special snowflake" - work and be treated like a slave/labor - internal transfer is a joke

Pros

Large presence in the industry and good-hearted, intelligent, and well-meaning people work there. Stable company, not going to be purchased by private equity and endure large layoffs

Cons

part of their motto is "do the right thing" but that's not applied when it comes to salaries or work-life balance. working weekends and well past normal hours seems to be a regular thing that most people are doing. a manager's solution to my issue of having more work than was feasible to complete was just to work longer days. "Veeva Speed" is a sugarcoated phrase everyone uses to indicate being overworked and initial training is like drinking from a fire hose; this company makes enough money to hire the correct amount of people to do the work and pay them fairly.
