Pros
Culture of competency and learning, more so then any other company I have worked for. Managers and directors actually contribute to our success, while I may not always agree with decisions that are made I do feel like decisions are made with thought and care. Flexibility, in my remote work and working hours. Sales is a job that demands flexibility, sometimes that means late or early hours, sometimes that means travel on a weekend. It also means I'm not micromanaged what so ever during the week, my goals are mine to accomplish how I see fit and I'm given the space to do that. Great product, no doubt that veeva software is well thought out and resourced. Our services team is knowledgeable and does a great job.
Cons
Pay, not necessarily a huge con, but I find the pay to be about on par with industry, maybe a little less. A good chunk is in stock and options, which has its downsides. PTO, the switch to a harder 15 day limit is a bummer. Most companies I worked at in this space are 4+ weeks with a break for Christmas as well. (veeva does have veeva break). To be clear though, the official policy is that 15 days is true time off, sick days would not count toward the 15. There is some wiggle room on the 15 day limit, but a clear policy is always better than ambiguity.
