      Pros

      Floor level employees have alot of knowledge around the work they do Employees are generally friendly and easy to work with Employees are dedicated

      MANAGEMENT Current upper management is running this company into the ground. Shot callers are dismissive of all input from floor level employees and assume that everyone not part of the ELT (Elite Leader Team not a joke that's what they call themselves) is clueless. Management turnover is constant, employees are regularly expected to adapt to new managers coming in and trying to change everything, almost always for the worse creating frustration, confusion and a lack of drive.

      Pros

      I have been here at Velcro for over 3 years now and it has been a great experience for me. Overall the supervisors and manager have been very helpful and a good team environment. There is room for growth and the pay is good as well.

      Very nice group of people to work with.

      Cons

      A lot of tribal knowledge. No clear direction from the leadership team: everything is a priority - "want it all for yesterday" attitude. Only certain opinions of certain department have weight, leaving no option but for the rest to follow. Lack of team work among departments.
