Pros

They hire smart people and management is fairly respectful. They have good retention of people, and there is good teamwork.

Cons

Its not all that challenging and you don't get a lot of opportunities to make changes. The company seems a bit old fashioned. They depend too much on a few major customers.

I have been here at Velcro for over 3 years now and it has been a great experience for me. Overall the supervisors and manager have been very helpful and a good team environment. There is room for growth and the pay is good as well.

Cons

Don't have anything negative to say at the moment.

Very nice group of people to work with.

Cons

A lot of tribal knowledge. No clear direction from the leadership team: everything is a priority - "want it all for yesterday" attitude. Only certain opinions of certain department have weight, leaving no option but for the rest to follow. Lack of team work among departments.
