Not real sure, unfortunately once they have you get split out.

Cons

Three sets of upper managers in two years, by the end of the year it will be four. Doesn’t matter what they put your your offer letter, they’ll renege on it, just like the terms and conditions that they accept from their supply base, just check their D & B rating.

I have been here at Velcro for over 3 years now and it has been a great experience for me. Overall the supervisors and manager have been very helpful and a good team environment. There is room for growth and the pay is good as well.

Cons

Don't have anything negative to say at the moment.

Very nice group of people to work with.

Cons

A lot of tribal knowledge. No clear direction from the leadership team: everything is a priority - "want it all for yesterday" attitude. Only certain opinions of certain department have weight, leaving no option but for the rest to follow. Lack of team work among departments.
