Since I have started at Velcro about 6 months ago it has been a really nice place to work at. Managers and co workers are very friendly and laid back. They make you feel at home.

Cons

Managers need to be a little more evolved with their people.

I have been here at Velcro for over 3 years now and it has been a great experience for me. Overall the supervisors and manager have been very helpful and a good team environment. There is room for growth and the pay is good as well.

Very nice group of people to work with.

Cons

A lot of tribal knowledge. No clear direction from the leadership team: everything is a priority - "want it all for yesterday" attitude. Only certain opinions of certain department have weight, leaving no option but for the rest to follow. Lack of team work among departments.
