      Pros

      Good working environment. Most professional-level employees are friendly. Good growth opportunities and possibilities for advancement. Medium-sized company with small feel (able to interact with all level of employees from production team member to CEO). Quantity of holidays is above average.

      Cons

      There are mediocre benefits package at Velcro. The salary structure at Velcro is sub-par and lacks transparency with regards to levels of pay.

      Pros

      I have been here at Velcro for over 3 years now and it has been a great experience for me. Overall the supervisors and manager have been very helpful and a good team environment. There is room for growth and the pay is good as well.

      Very nice group of people to work with.

      Cons

      A lot of tribal knowledge. No clear direction from the leadership team: everything is a priority - "want it all for yesterday" attitude. Only certain opinions of certain department have weight, leaving no option but for the rest to follow. Lack of team work among departments.
