      Good people from top to bottom

      Cons

      Leadership manages at too detailed a level, failing to let those below them truly contribute. Management turn over is very high leading to frequent strategy changes, lack of risk taking, silo'd thinking and performance and avoidance of difficult work.

      Pros

      I have been here at Velcro for over 3 years now and it has been a great experience for me. Overall the supervisors and manager have been very helpful and a good team environment. There is room for growth and the pay is good as well.

      Very nice group of people to work with.

      Cons

      A lot of tribal knowledge. No clear direction from the leadership team: everything is a priority - "want it all for yesterday" attitude. Only certain opinions of certain department have weight, leaving no option but for the rest to follow. Lack of team work among departments.
