Pros

Nice, respectful and friendly co-workers, relaxed culture and meaningful work. People working here genuinely try to follow best practices and are proud of their work.

Cons

The immigration processes are badly managed. I would not recommend it for foreign nationals with work visas. Better legal support is needed.

The current administration has made decisions regarding immigration that have resulted in increased strain on our internal resources as well as our legal support. Velir has a strong supportive work culture. We are finding our voice in the echo system and committed to delivering exceptional work to Clients. This job is not one you just clock out and not think about, it’s the one you wake ,up excited to tackle the next adventure and see what you can attribute to the team! The support we all have for one another is amazing and the way we all roll our sleeves up together is what I have been looking for in a company for a long time.

Cons

Our calendars definitely have quite a bit of meetings daily but we are working as a team to find ways to minimize these and allocate ways to support one another.
