      Pros

      - Work life balance, people come in at 10 and leave at 4. - You aren't expected to do much and can get away with 2+ hour long lunches and nobody will notice

      Cons

      - Management doesn't hold anyone accountable - Management doesn't address any of the major issues with the company - Pay is mediocre for the industry - Owner is checked out and doesn't seem invested in how the company performs - Constant re-orgs, I've had a number of managers in a short amount of time

      Pros

      Velir has a strong supportive work culture. We are finding our voice in the echo system and committed to delivering exceptional work to Clients. This job is not one you just clock out and not think about, it’s the one you wake ,up excited to tackle the next adventure and see what you can attribute to the team! The support we all have for one another is amazing and the way we all roll our sleeves up together is what I have been looking for in a company for a long time.

      Cons

      Our calendars definitely have quite a bit of meetings daily but we are working as a team to find ways to minimize these and allocate ways to support one another.

      Great team and management, remote environment where they make an effort to communicate well

      Cons

      No opportunities to grow especially as AI has increased. No promotions or raises regardless of great output
