I've been working at Velir for about a year and I can honestly say that I love my job. Velir is a special place, the company has been around for almost 20 years and has a lot of depth. Team members, managers and leaders care about each other and the work that they do. In an industry filled with challenges, teams focus on solutions and delivering the best product possible. The client list is what attracted me to Velir, being a part of an agency that has a heart and works with clients that make a difference in this world. The benefits are generous, and the company invests in professional development and the culture. I'm grateful to be a part of this team.

Velir has a strong supportive work culture. We are finding our voice in the echo system and committed to delivering exceptional work to Clients. This job is not one you just clock out and not think about, it’s the one you wake ,up excited to tackle the next adventure and see what you can attribute to the team! The support we all have for one another is amazing and the way we all roll our sleeves up together is what I have been looking for in a company for a long time.

Cons

Our calendars definitely have quite a bit of meetings daily but we are working as a team to find ways to minimize these and allocate ways to support one another.
