Pros

Velir is a place where good ideas flourish. Ever since I started here, moving from a large consultancy, I have been floored by the open-mindedness of people to seeing the best solution to something, regardless of where it comes from. The company is still small enough at this point for anyone to rise quickly and make an impact individually. Self-starters really shine here. And the people are just... nice. And welcoming. And they work hard. It's a great environment of collaborative people, who care about their work and care about eachother. I've really loved my time here so far.

Cons

Onboarding seems pretty unstructured, I didn't really know where to start when I came in the door. Not much else, really.

Velir has a strong supportive work culture. We are finding our voice in the echo system and committed to delivering exceptional work to Clients. This job is not one you just clock out and not think about, it’s the one you wake ,up excited to tackle the next adventure and see what you can attribute to the team! The support we all have for one another is amazing and the way we all roll our sleeves up together is what I have been looking for in a company for a long time.

Cons

Our calendars definitely have quite a bit of meetings daily but we are working as a team to find ways to minimize these and allocate ways to support one another.
