- Lacks transparency - Lacks ability to grow - Command and control leadership style - No collaboration - They will tell you: "Ask questions to succeed" and then told that you're asking too many questions - Unprofessional; smearing colleagues in a team meeting - when you leave, they will do that behind your back as well. - Leadership is really management- they don't lead people and build into people - they care about bill out rate at 100% and that's it. - Management is not approachable/they do not care about you as a person - they just want the work done according to the Velir way. No flexibility/no agility/no change - do not make recommendations - they do NOT want to hear it and will despite you. THEY ARE WOLVES IN SHEEP'S CLOTHING. RUN FAR AWAY.
