Pros
When I started, we had less than 15 employees. We now have 2 locations, over 60 employees, and multiple clients. We still have plenty of room for additional growth and opportunity. As a company based in a small town, working here provides an opportunity to contribute not only to the company, but to the entire community. I look forward to continuing to grow here, and seeing what the future holds!
Cons
As with any phone-based job, the work can be monotonous at times. If you take it as a challenge to rise above the monotony, and bring excitement to every call, you'll enjoy your time here.
