Pros
Having a set schedule was very nice
Cons
management is awful, no one in the building knows what's going on. they treat certain contracts like they don't exist. favoritism is a huge issue within the building and it's obvious. No family work balance at all. overtime is often mandatory because they don't ever have enough employees. the communication is very minimal to cover up what's really going on. monthly incentives are given out because the job is literally so awful they bribe people to stay. during meetings they nudge employees to leave good reviews for "revenue." the people doing the least are rewarded the best. the building is always super cold and they do not actually clean anything. you have roughly a two minute walk to get to the bathroom and because it's a call center the will use the time against you. pay is only good in one contract and that contract is absolutely unbearable. do not trust anyone.
