If you care about customers, it is very difficult to constantly be under delivering. There have been so many changes in the past few years and we're truly beginning to see the unintended consequences of those choices. The result? Products that I wouldn't recommend, customer service is terrible and implementation processes that are difficult to follow and constantly changing. We have no idea what we're doing essentially.
