Pros
VelocityEHS has an excellent company culture partnered with quickly expanding business offerings - making it a great place to not only start but also grow your career. The new open plan office space has helped to reinvigorate the general mood on the sales floor and also encouraged personal accountability. Overall, things seem to be headed in a positive direction.
Cons
The open office plan can have its downsides. Everyone around is generally aware when a member of the team is having an off day or if there is conflict between teammates - whereas before things were not as obvious. The casual environment can also be a balancing act on a slippery slope.
