Pros
Its nice to work for a company where you can be selling and owning a territory so soon. Some of my friends spent 1-2 years working for others before they are able to do some of the things I was able to do after a few months. Its nice to own a territory and be part of a team that works together and helps one another. My manager is there for me and gives me the coaching I need to be successful. I get along with everyone around me and it makes coming to work fun. We just moved into an awesome new space with a game room, rooftop, free soft drinks, snacks and more. The ergonomic sit/stand desks are also pretty cool.
Cons
Like any sales job there are ups and downs and you have to be self motivated to get up every morning and go put in the time and the calls if you want to build a pipeline and ultimately close deals. Another Con might be the hiring profile is generally kids out of school and with that comes some maturity issues, professionalism, etc... I fit this demographic as well, but some people choose to focus on the job and others choose to focus on other things like gossip, dating, drinking, etc... I am here to get better, grow and make money and its upsetting when others don't have the same goals.
