Office is in the Merchandise Mart it is very new as well as modern and updated. Besides that can not think of any pros.
Cons
Complete reorganization of the company on the Mid Market side of things. They essentially took 50 representatives and made them glorified telemarketers to set up demonstrations of the software for senior sales reps. The whole basis of who got promoted or allowed the opportunity to continue to sell was based off of "performance". But the real reason is because they hired way to many people and there cover up was condensing 100 territories into 50 territories? How can you award someone with a good territory with ok numbers a promotion essentially with an assistant when other people that were successful in there own right but had bad territories a demotion? Best put in a quote "give those kids low hanging fruit and expect everyone else to break their backs" this plan is surely going to back fire in a big way. Since the first of the year kids are dropping likes flies. How can you expect someone in the city of Chicago to essentially make $2400 after taxes a month and but their jump and make 60 calls a day when they went to school for 4 years and all they want to do is sell? I've never seen a more unhappy sales team in my life
