VelocityEHS is a great company to be a part of. They really care about their employees and strive to ensure a great culture across the board. Most teams provide great support for development and career advancement. It really feels like family.
Cons
It is not a huge company, so there are not always leadership positions available when people are ready for them, which can be an issue when looking for continual advancement. But on the flip side, you can really see the direct impact you make through your work every day. Overall, this company really sets you up for success wherever your career may take you.
