Pros
The employees/leaders that actually tried kept you hopeful and moving forward. The location is obviously great, and you don’t have to leave the building if you want a quick break which I really enjoyed. There were challenges and plenty of things to improve, which for those that like to work...you have a plethora of things you can dig into.
Cons
Looking at these other reviews, I want to know what company they worked for...because it sure doesn’t feel like the same company I worked for. It felt like a college party, every. single. day. For the teams that were around me, I don’t think anyone worked 40 hours in a week... maybe one person. It was a ghost town after 5pm, sometimes by 4:30pm and breaks were taken nonstop. If you want a job and don’t actually care to work, this is the place for you - learn how to talk the talk and you’ll slide by for years to come. You have to be very comfortable with drinking and lots of socializing to work here, or else you’ll feel like an outsider and made to feel like one too. I looked to see if there was any BLM statement on LinkedIn, because I would have been absolutely shocked if there were to be one - HR has been made aware of racist remarks or discrimination even if it’s just micro aggressions. When confronting anyone of their actions, you can tell this is NOT spoken of in the company. Things may have changed, but I was wildly uncomfortable every day I worked in that office and overhearing conversations both behind closed doors and in public. There are leaders that truly bust their butt to make it better and are very smart, but there are so many road blocks - and some of those are other leaders that got to their positions because they know how to sell themselves. It’s a joke. Every day felt like a joke. I had to make peace with becoming a parrot which is when I got applauded and praised...when I was a yes man. It really depends on your work ethic and personality if you will like it here...dig deep, read the above, and then you’ll know your answer.
