Pros
The people. Everyone around is super friendly. Middle management and down are great. Good office (when it's open) and environment. Pay is decent, not bad not great. Solid location.
Cons
They talk a lot about transparency and culture. They also told everyone for 3 months straight the company would be fine...and then one day they laid off nearly 50 people all at once, and told us if we talked about it they would dock our severances. So I guess that sort of speaks for family and transparency... These reviews are predominantly made by HR. Its very obvious they're fake and made up, it's blatant...so take it all with a grain of salt. That probably explains why turnover is pretty high..... It's entry level sales...so a lot of cold calling. It's tedious and boring, but it pays alright. If you can stomach it and can stick around they give decent raises. But if you cant stand to repeat one thing 60 times in a day...this isn't for you. If youre a fresh college grad I wouldnt recommend this place...you can prob do better. This is mindnumbing stuff.
