Business Outlook
Pros
Velocity is a remote-first company now which they refer to as "Work for All". Provides great flexibility to work from anywhere with no pressure to return to an office but offices are still available for meetings or for individuals who like to work together on site sometimes (to all the time in some cases). Great culture - everyone is very collaborative and supportive.
Cons
Working on Teams Meetings all day does not provide the same social interaction the office use to.
