Pros
Responds to open and honest communication. It can be difficult to voice challenges/frustrations but VEHS has shown me that opening up is the best way to see improvements. VelocityEHS has earned my trust after responding with genuine care to a handful of my challenges throughout my career. Too often I sit on frustrations until they bubble over. This can lead to blaming the process or the organization. There's no such thing as a mind-reader though! I appreciate that Velocity is willing to step up and help remove barriers.
Cons
Velocity is on the brink of extremely exciting updates. In sales it can be hard to remain patient, especially when we can see the updates internally but can't speak to them until they finish QA
