Pros
Remote work, most of the people are just normal decent people. Culture definitely was here but has faded tremendously.
Cons
Leadership - Lack of transparency... they say they are transparent but will only share what they want you to see. Managers lack management skills and weren't strong in their selling role for the most part, which doesn't translate well when overseeing a team of sellers. Product: Hard to add value to your DM when the product is lacking. Timelines are constantly shifted, products are sun-set with nothing to replace it with "Yet". We were told to communicate to our accounts about our Accelerate solution in 2021 saying how we will be deploying it 2022... we still don't have accelerate live and are working on many errors/bugs. The account structure: Has been dreadful. People just take accounts and run with them before checking for duplicate accounts. Most of the data in SalesForce or even DnB is wrong and since that data is wrong, Enterprise is working small accounts and Mid-Market is working large accounts. The CEO: He is so far disconnected from the company that it is a surprise to hear from him at all. The constant "We are the best. We are so far ahead. Other companies have their heads up their (you know what)", but in the end we are lacking product offering and losing deals due to not being able to be more flexible. Compensation: Most of the sales team is underpaid. If pay is brought up leadership says "Don't ask for a raise, ask how you can sell more".
