Pros
Remote work and people are cool.
Cons
Sales org restructured many times in the last few years, with leadership admitting they made big mistakes. Mid-Market outperforms Enterprise and sells larger deals to larger companies. This is not due to skill, but rather, a huge mistake in account allocation and resources to support. Sales leadership are very transactional, lacking any real strategy. Leadership at the VP level is very much a family affair. The CEO is on repeat, saying the same thing at every meeting and putting down our competitors. He always says "we're light years ahead of the competition and no one is doing what we're doing" yet we continue to lose deals because our products are behind our competitors. Overall, not a great place to work if you are looking to advance your career or skills. The culture is that of a call center, with Enterprise reps praised for the amount of calls/emails they send, not by new sales.
