Great benefits; generous time off. Beautiful offices and location in DC. Great opportunities to connect with others, and in office events. Would work there again in a heart beat.

My experience was with my director leadership and micro managing. Overall I do not believe this is a common issue among the firm. My concerns that I brought to upper leadership/HR were never addressed.

Office culture is inclusive and friendly. Salary is somewhat competitive for staff. Bonuses are not generous. Benefits are average. Most attorneys are great to work with, but there are some of difficult attorneys that can make one’s life miserable. LAAs handle lot of billing responsibilities. Overall, a good place to work if you don’t mind the above.

Your happiness depends, in part, by who you work for. Small bonuses and raises.
