Pros
It's a nice place to work - the people are generally friendly and the benefits are good. Plus there's a lot of history at the firm and a fair amount of job security.
Cons
Many of the attorneys like to pretend the support staff doesn't exist, like an Indian caste system. Also, there's a sense that offering up criticism of management or asking a tough question could lead to trouble and possibly getting fired. The staff shouldn't be afraid to confront the lawyers with something as innocuous as advice.
