      Cons

      Overworked, underpaid, and burnt out are just a few cons of this place. Management doesn't care about support staff. Partners only care about themselves. They want you to do a million things outside of your job description with zero incentive. Yearly raises do not reflect performance.

      The other attorneys and staff are great. The New York office was recently renovated and is amazing.

      Salaries are lower than the top firms, but work life balance is better.

      Pros

      Office culture is inclusive and friendly. Salary is somewhat competitive for staff. Bonuses are not generous. Benefits are average. Most attorneys are great to work with, but there are some of difficult attorneys that can make one’s life miserable. LAAs handle lot of billing responsibilities. Overall, a good place to work if you don’t mind the above.

      Your happiness depends, in part, by who you work for. Small bonuses and raises.
