Pros
The D.C. office is beautiful and for the most part the people are super nice.
Cons
Secretarial managers are cut throat and tend to be combative. They do not listen to secretaries but instead will take the side of attorneys. Trust me I worked my butt off, came to work everyday on time and performed at the highest standard. I was not a slacker, or complainer and it still was not enough. I was overworked and underpaid. Secondly, when I tried to apply for positions outside of secretarial, even though I had a MBA, I was not promoted, in fact, they went through the whole interview process everytime, only to tell me that they were going with someone else.
