      Pros

      As with any company, department and team plays a big part of how the job is. Lucky to have a great manager and division that’s supportive and encouraging of business professional staff.

      Cons

      Only been here about 8 months, no major cons yet. Some HR deductibles are a little odd (all commuter monies come out of second paycheck of the month and adjustments must be made super early in the month before a change).

      Pros

      The other attorneys and staff are great. The New York office was recently renovated and is amazing.

      Cons

      Salaries are lower than the top firms, but work life balance is better.

      Pros

      Office culture is inclusive and friendly. Salary is somewhat competitive for staff. Bonuses are not generous. Benefits are average. Most attorneys are great to work with, but there are some of difficult attorneys that can make one’s life miserable. LAAs handle lot of billing responsibilities. Overall, a good place to work if you don’t mind the above.

      Your happiness depends, in part, by who you work for. Small bonuses and raises.
