Helpful folks who are very understanding and genuinely want you to work for them. They also provide training on many technologies for their consultants and have good contacts in the industry to make sure you are always working within the technology domain that you want to be in.

They expect you to find these new opportunities most of the time. Plus if you lack experience even though you have talent, do not expect large compensation.
