Pros
I made some awesome friends while working there.
Cons
The C-Suite at this company is rotten to its core. If you aren’t a friend or family member of the executives, you are nothing more than a disposable number on a spreadsheet. Nepotism drives every decision at the top, and it bleeds into the way the entire organization is run. Don’t expect to be valued for your skills, experience, or work ethic. What matters here is who you’re connected to. While the company pinches pennies everywhere else, leadership shamelessly awards themselves multiple bonuses that are more than the average employee’s entire yearly salary. Meanwhile, the people actually doing the work are underpaid, overlooked, and treated as expendable. There is no transparency, no fairness, and no accountability. Worse, if leadership decides they want you gone, they won’t hesitate to destroy your reputation to do it. Employees have been accused of sexual harassment without evidence, simply because they were inconvenient or no longer useful. Others are targeted with fabricated stories, false write-ups, and trumped up performance issues. It’s not just unethical, t’s abusive. Despite all of this, management still has the audacity to demand loyalty, as if employees should be grateful to work under such corrupt and toxic conditions. The hypocrisy is staggering. This is not a company that cares about its people. It is a place where greed, favoritism, and power games come before everything else. If you value your career, your integrity, and your peace of mind, do yourself a favor: stay far, far away from this company.
