Pros
Insurance is decent if you do not do the free option. Pay is decent
Cons
Where to start..... Training is AWFUL. Its 3 weeks straight of 2 hours a day and they teach you nothing. They read slides verbatim. They love to hear themselves talk and little Interaction. Prior to training you have to complete like 120 self paced modules which are awful. Of my training group th eye are maybe 7 left out if 40 (in less than 6 months) and they are all looking. Zero brand recognition. Super messy and administratively intensive. Like 6 hours of admin yo sell a small deal isn't worth the time. They only hire you for your book of business. You don't get to talk to any existing clients or even have a chance to upset. All hunting. Their sales process is way to long. They only have a small group that does demos. You do not get to demo which is a calendar nightmare. I know people who are on their 4th manager in less than a year. No territories. Its a free for all. The company has purchased 109 businesses and literally couldn't tell you what they all do. They don't tell you in training. Their acceptance rate to their benefits doesn't seem accurate at all. I know others who have had 10 submissions with zero acceptance. They use a horrible outdated software to do quoting and doc submission. This is so intensive. And they want it perfect. Its slow and clunky. Again, HOURS worth of your time. They monitor your laptop and what you do. Literally can see screenshots at any given moment and it reports. I have personally had multiple managers and they have all stepped down. They want you to rely on colleagues to help you. Zero development. Old school selling. No learning or if they do, its like basic and fundamental. Some managers are 'ok' but most al just trying to climb the ladder. Overall, its been a waste of time. I cringe being here and hopefully that will change soon. I have never actually hated a company more than I do Vensure. Worst mistake of my life.
